The Monthly Journal

I have been wanting to journal for a while now, and this journal has absolutely been a dream! It has truly brought me so much joy just being able to have a little guidance in journaling. Journaling can feel intimidating as it’s hard to put words on paper. But this journal is such an incredible handbook and tool. Money well spent & a really good gift for someone wanting to try journaling or maybe even just feeling a little low. Thank you Miki 💗💗

This journal ticks all the boxes for me! Monthly check ins across all areas of life (with a simple star rating out of 5), prompted reflections on what’s going well & what I’d like to improve & clear, prioritised goals for the month ahead. Not to mention, the classic Mindly journal design style of cute illustrations and inspirational quotes throughout. I love completing the monthly review and then going back to the prior months to see where I’ve made improvements (or regressed). Highly recommend!!!
